Reservation at Restaurant POTONG

We are offering our chef’s tasting menu that encapsulates our philosophies :

  • 5 senses, 5 elements | 6,300++ THB | Dinner starts 3.30 PM/ 4.00 PM/ 4.30PM/ 5.00 PM/ 5.30 PM/ 6.30 PM/ 7.00 PM/ 7.30 PM/ 8.00 PM/ 8:30 PM

Important information on your booking:

  • This price does not include VAT 7% and 10% Service Charge.

  • The total course time is approximately 2.30 - 3.00 hours.

  • Booking confirmation required a deposit of 1,000 THB/ guest and the deposit will be deducted from the final bill. If you require us to issue a tax invoice, please contact us immediately after the deposit is made. We are unable to issue a belated deposit tax invoice.

  • We do not refund in case of cancellation / no show and each 1,000 THB deposit is applied to each guest and nontransferable. However, reservations can be amended up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date. Any changes made less than 48 hours will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.

  • If more guests are coming on the booking, please kindly let us know at least 48 hours prior to the date of the booking.

  • To ensure a seamless dining experience, we kindly ask guests to arrive on time and allow extra travel time, as traffic in our area can occasionally be heavy. As our tasting menu experience follows a carefully curated timeline, late arrivals beyond the 30-minute grace period may require adjustments to the experience.

  • Unfortunately, currently, we are unable to accommodate all allergies, however for any food requirements please kindly let us know at least 7 days in advance before your reservation date. Contact us at LINE OFFICIAL @potong / Call us at 082 9793950

  • Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion.

  • We charge a corkage fee of THB 2,000++ per bottle. No spirits or Liquors are permitted. One corkage fee is waived upon opening one bottle of wine purchased from POTONG.

  • We welcome children aged 9 years and above. Please note that all guests including children are required to enjoy the same tasting menu experience.

  • For birthday celebrations, we can provide a small cake with a candle for the birthday guest free of charge with early notice.

    We kindly invite you to observe our Smart Casual dress code. For your comfort and safety:

    Ladies: We recommend avoiding high heels and very short skirts, as navigating the stairs may be less comfortable.

    Gentlemen: Covered shoes and long trousers are required. Flip-flops and slippers are not permitted.

  • If you are traveling by car and follow GPS to Restaurant POTONG location, please be informed that although commutable the alley is very small for the large-size van. We recommend 2 options for parking:

    • Shuttle Service: Parking at Wat Pathumkongka https://goo.gl/maps/2Tz9DubtUSWFcp538, we have shuttle service to and from Restaurant POTONG. Once you have reached, call us at 085 5218924, please allow us 5-10 minutes for the shuttle service to arrive depending on the traffic.

    • Enjoy the walking view of Yaowaraj to Restaurant POTONG: Parking at Wat Chaiyaphum Karam, and walk 3 minutes to Restaurant POTONG.

    Please kindly note that we do not own the parking lot, they charge THB 40 per hour.

ทางร้านมีเมนูคอร์สเพียงเมนูเดียวสำหรับ chef’s tasting menu ขึ้นกับช่วงเวลาวันที่จอง

ข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับการจองของลูกค้า

  • ราคานี้ยังไม่รวม VAT 7% และ 10% Service Charge

  • ระยะเวลาทานอาหารเต็มคอร์สประมาณ 2.30 - 3.00 ชั่วโมง

  • การจองจะคอนเฟิร์มหลังมีการโอนค่ามัดจำเท่านั้น (มัดจำ 1,000 THB/ต่อท่าน) และเงินมัดจำจะถูกนำไปหักออกจากยอดค่าใช้จ่ายสุดท้ายในวันเข้ารับบริการ สำหรับท่านที่ต้องการใบกำกับภาษีของเงินมัดจำ รบกวนติดต่อทางร้านเพื่อทำการออกใบกำกับภาษีเงินมัดจำให้ทันที เนื่องจากทางร้านไม่สามารถออกใบกำกับภาษีย้อนหลังสำหรับเงินมัดจำได้

  • ทางร้านขอความกรุณาให้ท่านเดินทางมาถึงตามเวลาที่จองไว้ และแนะนำให้เผื่อเวลาในการเดินทาง เนื่องจากการจราจรในบริเวณโดยรอบอาจมีความหนาแน่นในบางช่วงเวลา ทั้งนี้ ประสบการณ์การรับประทาน Chef’s Tasting Menu ได้รับการออกแบบและจัดลำดับอย่างพิถีพิถัน หากท่านมาถึงล่าช้าเกินกว่า 30 นาที ทางร้านอาจมีความจำเป็นต้องปรับเปลี่ยนรายละเอียดบางส่วนของประสบการณ์การรับประทานอาหารให้เหมาะสมกับช่วงเวลาที่เหลืออยู่

  • ในกรณีที่ต้องการเพิ่มจำนวนแขก รบกวนทำการแจ้งเราล่วงหน้า 48 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาที่จองไว้

  • ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจกรณีลูกค้ามีคำขอพิเศษ

  • ค่าเปิดขวดไวน์อยู่ที่ 2,000++ บาท ต่อขวด (โดยถ้าเปิดไวน์กับทางร้าน 1 ขวด สามารถเปิดขวดไวน์โดยไม่มีค่าบริการได้จำนวน 1 ขวด) ไม่สามารถนำเหล้ามาเปิดได้

  • ทางร้านยินดีต้อนรับเด็กอายุ 9 ปีขึ้นไป ทั้งนี้ โปรดทราบว่าแขกทุกท่านรวมถึงเด็กจะได้รับประทาน Chef’s Tasting Menu แบบเดียวกัน

  • สำหรับวันเกิด กรุณาแจ้งทางร้านล่วงหน้าสำหรับการเตรียมการพิเศษ

  • การแต่งกายแบบ smart casual

    คุณผู้หญิง: เพื่อความสะดวก แนะนำให้เลี่ยงรองเท้าที่ส้นสูงมากและกระโปรงที่ค่อนข้างสั้น เนื่องจากบันไดภายในร้านมีความชัน

    คุณผู้ชาย: โปรดสวมกางเกงขายาวและรองเท้าหุ้มส้น ไม่อนุญาตสำหรับรองเท้าแตะหรือเสื้อกล้าม

  • สำหรับท่านที่เดินทางด้วยรถยนต์ หากมาตาม พิกัดหน้าร้าน Restaurant POTONG ทางร้านขออนุญาติแจ้งว่าทางเข้าหน้าร้านค่อนข้างแคบสำหรับรถใหญ่ ทางร้านแนะนำที่จอดรถสองจุด

    • ที่จอดรถพร้อมบริการรถ Shuttle Service: จอดรถที่ ลานจอดรถวัดปทุมคงคาราชวรวิหาร โดยโทรหาร้านที่เบอร์ 085 5218924 เพื่อเรียกรถ (หากมีการส่งลูกค้าท่านอื่นอยู่อาจใช้เวลา 5-10 นาที)

    • ที่จอดรถที่ใกล้ร้านที่สุดเพื่อเดินมาที่ร้าน: จอดรถที่ อาคารจอดรถวัดชัยภูมิการาม ลูกค้าสามารถเดินมาที่ร้านได้โดยใช้เวลาเพียง 3 นาที

    หมายเหตุ เนื่องจากที่จอดรถนี้ไม่ได้เป็นของร้านอาหารโพทง จะมีค่าจอดรถชั่วโมงละ 40 บาท
