Main Dining Hall
Story: This room used to be exclusively utilized for medicine preparation and arrangement, where the staff and the drug specialist worked closely together to produce the original POTONG formula. The main dining room is encompassed by lovely old-fashioned dividers, windows, and admittance to guests’ private outside overhang.

Peacock Glasshouse
Story: This room used to be an old balcony for Chef Pam’s ancestors holding one of the most traditional architecture forms of sino-portuguese on the overhang ceiling. The glasshouse offers the only exclusive room for a dining experience at Restaurant POTONG with the stargaze-glass ceiling, allowing guests to oversee Chinatown’s Vanich Road at night.

8-Tiger Room & Peacock Glasshouse
Story: Connected to Peacock Glasshouse, this room withholds an amazing featured sanctuary that was perfectly outfitted into the center of the room and enhanced with Guan Yu and Zhang Hui drawings. They were loved and worshipped. With the setting of the shrine, the room is additionally encircled by wooden dividers hand-painted by craftsmen portraying 8 hidden tigers, representing wealth and success. Creating an ultimate dining experience, this definitive space is built for visitors to appreciate the tasting menu while enjoying the history of POTONG.
